Cancellation & Refund Policy

SagacityBooks plans are prepaid for a term of 1 month, 1 year or 3 years. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit, so nothing is charged unless you choose to pay for a new term.

Cancelling

You may stop using SagacityBooks at any time by writing to [email protected]. Your plan stays usable until its end date, and your data remains available to read and export after that.

Refunds

First purchase, within 7 days: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full.
After 7 days: fees for the current term are not refunded, and the plan runs to its end date.
Duplicate or excess payment, or money debited for a payment that failed: refunded in full once confirmed.
Service not activated within 3 working days of a confirmed payment, for a reason on our side: refunded in full on request.

How a refund is made

Email [email protected] with your registered email and invoice number. We confirm within 3 working days and process an approved refund within 7 working days, to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5-7 working days to credit it. A credit note is issued for the GST on the refunded amount.
